Our Policy

It is our duty and responsibility to satisfy our travelers to the best through a smooth and hassle free travel experience, while ensuring the preservation of Sri Lanka's natural and cultural heritage. Our experienced specialized tour leaders/guides & chauffeurs will escort you to explore the country professioally ensuring you do not miss anything!. We will provide you the service of a wildlife expert tour leader with a driver or a specialist chauffeur guide along with a comfortable vehicle for refreshing travel.

How our tours work:

Besides Group tours, We arrange Private tours for individuals or private groups, customized according to personal interests and wishes. If you wish experience combined tours, we are ready to create a different itineraries.

We will send the designed itineraries with accommodation details for your prior approval, so you will exactly know how the time in Sri Lanka would be spent. All itineraries can be customized according to your wish, depending on practical possibility.

Payments:

We will send e-invoices for both the advance payment and the balance payment. You are kindly required to settle the advance payment to confirm and reserve the tour while the balance payment can be made either before you travel or on the arrival. The advance payment is 10% of the total tour price. Kindly note that We accept bank transfers only. If you are paying the balance payment on arrival you are kindly instructed to pay it by cash. Sorry we do not accept credit cards.

Pick up & drop:

Our Tour Leaders or chauffeur guides will meet you on your arrival at the CMB airport and will escort you to start the tour. Thereonwards the guide and driver and in group tours the driver's assistant will be accompanying you throughout the tour until your departure. The same staff will be taking you to the airport for your departure. In case if you spend more time in the country before and after the tour we will be able to do the arrangement to pick you up from any other hotel/ accommodation and to drop you at any other accommodation as agreed before the settlement of the tour payment.

Who we accept:

We do not have any restrictions but strictly do not support wildlife collectors or any other person whoever plans to do any harm to any of our natural or cultural resources. We strongly believe and respect the fact that every living being has its own rights to share planet along with human without being victims of commercialization of human.

We highly expect that our clients would obey and respect the rules and regulations, enforced by Sri Lankan authorities while enjoying wildlife. Our tour leaders will make you aware on local regulations accordingly. Sri Lanka being a country with millenia old history all customs, traditions and monuments should be preserved for the future generations. Please help us to preserve our cultural heritage by following instructions. Do not take away anything other than photographs at allowed area and do not leave anything than your foot prints.
